| • Diabetes Reversal Programme is goal-oriented plan which include specific treatments, mandatory consultations with doctors, custom diet, lifestyle and other guidelines as prescribed. All of these must be adhered for
optimal results. |
| • Pre-arrival questionnaire is to be completed and submitted online for prior review and in order to prepare the customised programme itinerary. This is a confidential questionnaire received directly by our team. |
| • Consultation with an Ayurvedic Doctor on arrival is mandatory to assess your constitution and to personalise a plan to achieve your goals. The doctor’s approval is required for a la carte meal options and spa treatments
of your choice. |
| • Daily changing wellness menus are curated with gourmet international and Indian cuisine; this is mandatory for the diabetes reversal programme. |
| • Ayurvedic and/or wellness therapies, personal yoga, meditation and/or fitness sessions included in each programme are based on the wellness goals to be achieved, this however may change on the basis of doctor’s assessment. |
| • The rate of Individual programme is for single occupancy per cottage. |
| • Rates valid for individual bookings only. Group rates will be quoted on request |
| • Final booking confirmation will be done after receiving advance payment and required documents 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. |
| • The Rate for all programmes includes diet, doctors’ consultation, medicines and treatments. |
| • Early check-in and/or late check-out will attract additional charges. |
| • Treatment and/or services beyond the scope of the programme will be charged extra. |
| • Guests should carry and produce valid photo-identity such as passport, driving license, voter ID card or Aadhaar card. Foreign nationals should carry and produce valid passport and visa. |
| • Guests are required to comply with all medical and stay requirements as per Central and State Government regulations applicable at the time of stay. This includes a COVID-19 disclaimer. |
| • Cancellations or amendments of booking are allowed without penalty up to 48 hrs prior to arrival beyond which a retention amount of 50% of the booking value would be charged in addition any other mutually agreed costs. |
| • Non-residents, relatives or friends of guests are not allowed on the property for any purpose |
| • Rates include all applicable Government taxes. Any subsequent change in taxes will be levied as per tax rates prevalent on the dates of stay. HLC does not levy service charge. All charges are subject to change without
prior notice. |
